Register

Registration for the Magh entrance examination opens in Poush at the college office.

Sit the examination

Papers in Nepali, English and mathematics, taken in the main hall.

03

Interview

Shortlisted candidates and their parents meet the principal and the head of the relevant division.

Matriculate

Offers are posted in Falgun. Houses are allotted before the first assembly.

Admissions FAQs

When is the entrance examination?

The second Saturday of Magh, in the main hall. Registration closes a fortnight beforehand and no late entries are taken.

Are there scholarships?

Yes. The founding deed requires that no child of Ilam district be refused on grounds of cost; forty-one students are on full remission this year and a further ninety on partial.

Can a student join in Grade 11?

Yes — Grade 11 admission is on SEE results, with places in Science, Management and Humanities. Applications open the week results are published.
