Eight to a tutor, reading set in advance

Content is delivered in lectures and taken apart in seminars of eight. Written work is set weekly in every subject and returned within four days.

Counselling

A three-person office, from the first fortnight

Course research, shortlisting, statements, references, admissions tests, funding and visas. Every student has a named counsellor for the full two years.

Academic FAQs

A-Levels suit students applying primarily abroad; NEB suits those applying within Nepal or sitting medical and engineering entrance. Both are counselled identically and the counselling office will talk it through before you apply.

Yes. Prep and seminars are the core of the teaching, not an extra, and day students attend on the same terms as residents.

Course research, shortlisting, personal statements, references, admissions tests, interview practice, funding applications and visas — from the first fortnight of Grade 11 to the day a student leaves.
