Questions

Admissions FAQs

From what age can a child board?

From Grade 5. Boarders are housed by house rather than by year group, so a new Grade 5 boarder shares a corridor with students up to Grade 12.

How are houses allotted?

By the housemasters, balancing year group, day and boarding, and — where a family has been here before — by keeping siblings and children of alumni in the same house.

Is the Saturday programme compulsory?

Yes, for every student in the school, and for the whole year rather than a term at a time. Choosing well in Baisakh matters.

Come and see a Saturday

Twenty-three activities, six houses and the whole school outdoors. A weekday visit will not tell you what this place is.
